Web Developer

For our Frankfurt office we are looking for a web developer. Responsibilities include developing a new customer portal and maintaining various external and internal websites and developing tools for customer self service.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, IT or “abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung”, or a related field or, equivalent work experience

Essential Skills:

• Fluent in spoken and written German
• Excellent command of the English language
• Experience in Web-design / Web-server administration
• Working knowledge of the Linux/Unix operating system
• Understanding of Internet protocols and technologies
• Experience in at least one programming or scripting language

Optional Skills:

• Experience with Linux/Unix system administration
• Experience in systems, IP services and network administration

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenace of the main company website http://www.de-cix.net/
• Maintenance of internal and event websites.
• Development of customer self service tools
• Development of internal tools
• Assist in customer support
