Junior Customer Support Engineer
For our Frankfurt office we are looking for a Junior Customr Support Engineer. Responsibilities include connecting new customers, upgrading existing customers and handling customers requests.
Minimum Qualifications: “abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung” (“Fachinformatiker/in”, “Informatikkaufmann/-frau”), or a related field or, equivalent work experience
Essential Skills:
- Fluent in spoken and written German
- Good command of the English language
- Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems as a user
- Knowledge about Internet protocols and technologies
- Experience in at least one programming or scripting language.
Optional Skills:
- Experience with Linux/Unix system administration
- Experience in systems, IP services and network administration
- Basic knowledge of web-design.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Director Customer Support
- Act as single point of contact for customers during upgrade and connection process
- Handle customers requests by email or phone.
